Product Information:

New design, high efficiency, low toxic, high protein expression transfection reagent.

DynaFect transfection reagents은 proprietary cationic polymer로 제조되어 세포 독성이 낮고 감염 효율이 높습니다. DynaFect는 HEK293, 293T, 293E, CHO, HeLa, K562, BHK-21, 4T1, insect cell lines(Sf9 및 Sf21) 및 세포 독성이 낮은 기타 다양한 유핵 세포주를 포함한 다양한 기존 세포주뿐만 아니라 다양한 세포에 효율적으로 유전자를 전달하는 것으로 나타났습니다.

DynaFect 1.0ml는 24 well plates에서 300~600회, 6 well plates에서 150~300회 또는 150 mM plates에서 13회 transfections에 충분합니다. 또한 재조합 포유류 단백질 발현에도 사용할 수 있습니다.
